The Superflame® combustion system of the wood-burning cookers consists of the combination of a combustion chamber, made of refractory material, and a specific geometry of air flow. This allows to preheat the air and mainly the secondary, and not primary, air intake. The perfect placement of the secondary air entry finishes this innovative system. The wood burns more effectively resulting in higher performance, lower consumption, and lower emissions. These excellent results are achieved also with thanks to the great quantity of certified refractory material of the combustion chamber and the flue smoke system. The thickness of the refractory material allows storage of a great quantity of heat which is produced during combustion. It constantly and gradually releases heat over hours, even when the fire isn’t burning.
The wood-burning cookers with the certified Surround Heat® system to be built in the furniture, guarantee safety in all installation situations and conditions. The certified system of heat reduction uses state-of-the-art insulation materials that combined with technological heat sinks, guarantee a greater lateral insulation.
The special fire doors with double or triple self-cleaning glass, combined with special flows of preheated air, consistently guarantee clean glass during operation and a perfect view of the fire.
Rizzoli wood-burning cookers and thermo-cookers, with thanks to their internal vent which transports the air outside, are the perfect solution for passive or well insulated houses and are fundamental for ClimateHouse. The comburent air is taken outside and not from the room where it is installed.
The draught regulator automatically increases or reduces the amount of comburent air, always guaranteeing perfect and controlled combustion. The Air Control® system optimizes and reduces wood consumption.

Rizzoli is able to equip its wood-burning cookers with a technical solution capable of exploiting the heat coming from the combustion chamber, conveying the heat also to a second storage device, such as a heat accumulation stove or a specially prepared radiant wall. All this is possible thanks to special shutters which, when suitably open or closed, are able to divert the fumes and consequently the heat to equipment adjacent to the wood stove, even placed in adjacent rooms.
